Living rurally, it's necessary to travel some distance to get to art shows and receptions.  Once we change out of our "grubbies" and are on the road, the trip begins to look promising.  At the event, we always enjoy the time spent visiting with others.  It's especially sweet when we connect with friends from the past, as we did last night when we were showing our new pots at the Quinte Arts Council Gallery, Belleville. What a surprise to link up again with April Meeks, Advertising Director for Artisan Bay Magazine (and ALL GROWN UP! - YIKES!), and to be greeted warmly by Leslie and Judy, friends from high school days.  The best parts of the whole evening!  Thank you, Judy for the photo, and to you and Leslie for your support.  Hope the new pot makes it safely to Victoria.
